Bookings & Cancellations
All reservations at Mulzoria depend on availability and are confirmed only after valid payment information or a deposit is provided.
- You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your check-in time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival may be subject to a charge equivalent to at least one night’s stay.
- No-shows may incur the full cost of the booking unless stated otherwise in your confirmation terms.

Social Gaming Guidelines

Safety & Responsibility

- However, Mulzoria cannot be held responsible for any items lost, stolen, or left unattended.
- We recommend storing valuables like passports, electronics, or jewelry in room safes or the hotel’s secure front desk storage.
- Surveillance cameras are present in key areas, but we also encourage guests to remain aware of their surroundings and belongings.
